1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required to process your return.
2. Restocking Fee • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📍 Special Offer: If you choose to drop off the item directly to our location in Waterdown, Ontario, the restocking fee will be waived. Please contact us to arrange a drop-off time.
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
• Custom orders or products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at info@paradisesealing.ca with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with instructions for shipping or drop-off.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee (if applicable). 5. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
